Beit Al Fananeen – “The Artist Residence” – was named in honour of the international artists who have long visited Al Moudira for inspiration and were accommodated here. Recently renovated, it is now a large, secluded villa set in a well-tended garden with a private swimming pool replete with loungers and a pool house with bathroom facilities.

Inside, there are two spacious suites and one separate bedroom which are decorated and furnished in typical Al Moudira style incorporating domes, arches and frescoes, together with antiques from across the Orient, which lend the villa its creative atmosphere. Modernised bathrooms, meanwhile, have tinted glass doors and are decorated with antique hand-painted floor tiles.

Beit Al Fananeen can be booked as a three-bedroomed residence with a private pool. Or, alternatively, it is available as a one-bedroom suite – Andrea’s Suite – with private pool and a separate two-bedroom residence – Alex’s Suite and Garden Room – without access to the villa pool. Tucked away from the hotel and surrounded by a private manicured garden filled with flowers and shrubs, Beit Al Fananeen is ideal for families and smaller groups seeking privacy, while benefiting from the hotel’s services, facilities and extensive grounds.
